The low mineral content and small size of these chips allows for quick cooling and dilution so they’re perfect for drinks like muddled cocktails, for example.
Use
Designed for all cocktails that require crushed ice, such as muddled cocktails, juleps, frozen drinks and some Tiki Drinks. Ideal for use in the restaurant industry, as part of raw fish and shellfish displays.
Production technique
The cylinders are partially crushed, with only chips weighing over 2 grams selected. Any smaller chips and ice powder that could stick the cubes together are discarded.
